Cip has been a Guy Smith team member since 2003 and has over 18 years of HVAC experience – so it’s safe to say he’s seen a thing or two. You can count on the father of three to thoughtfully apply his wealth of experience and provide customer-focused advice.
What are Drew’s most favorite aspects of his job? Fixing things and helping people – he’s truly dedicated to his craft and our clients. When he’s not putting his 16+ years of HVAC expertise to work for you, the father of six is usually spending time with family or catching some waves on his surfboard.
Antoinette is at the helm of office operations for Guy Smith – and her versatility allows the rest of the team to perform efficiently. Just how versatile is she? Like a Swiss Army Knife: The mother of two has 10+ years of management experience, 15+ years in customer service, and an AAS in Accounting to boot.
As a mother of two (and proud grandmother of three) Kathy knows what it takes to provide support on multiple fronts – sometimes all at once. Since joining Guy Smith in 2009, she’s reliably applied this important skill set, allowing our overall workflow to run much more efficiently and effectively.
Through her attention to detail, knowledge, and coolness under pressure, Kaitlyn sets up the rest of our team for the best possible outcome. She’s a mother, fan of the great outdoors, and wonderful team member — we’re so glad to have her at Guy Smith.
